Random thoughts in my mind.

A year ago there was a horrible tsunami flooding SE Asia. A year ago today my friend was on life support spending his final hours alive.

It's weird to think that life doesn't really change all that much though. My parents' good friend just found out he had lung cancer. My friend is dealing with his own cancer related issues.

It's so interesting to watch how attitude can make a difference. If we're positive, it actually makes a difference in the recovery process. I was talking to a doctor last night about how children tend to get better faster than adults because of their attitude.

Lung cancer seems so scary, but to hear doctors be optimistic is a good sign.

I guess this is a cue for me to work on being more optimistic. It's a challenge, but I'm willing to try it.

You learn something cool everyday

Portia De Rossi is gay. This makes my love for Arrested Development all that much better. Attention future girlfriends: be as cool as her.

True story.

Remember that time when you had shrimp and your head and chest started hurting and you threw up a lot and then your face broke out in hives and your skin started itching and then your sister and Sara Cowan's little sister went out to get you benadryl, but were hit by some 50 year old driver in a hit and run accident, so you had to go out yourself to get benadryl and then after taking two extra strength benadryl you last through dinner and fall asleep on one of your best friends? Oh wait no, because that was me and that was my night last night.
