I spent my day helping Margaret pack for Israel, saying good-bye to her, going to Best Buy with Mike, hanging out with Molly!
It's interesting to think how different all of my friends are. I can be silly with Margaret, but she also wants to talk about scholarly things. Margaret, knowing that I am smart, presses me on issues that I am well versed in and often seeks my opinion. That is a nice feeling, and it usually only occurs with her. Mike and I are weird. I don't think either of us ever knows exactly where we stand, but it is always nice. He is warming up to me and that makes being with him a pleasurable experience. Molly is out of this world. She is the kind of friend who will call me out for being a jerk and will also provide me with chai and hours of facebook fun. Tonight I took 105 pictures with her in the course of 4 hours. It's nice to know that I can still be goofy.
I could spend hours writing about all of the friends in my life, and I'm sure that one day I will have written about all of them as much as they deserve. However, I think I am suffering from a dizzy spell as everything around me is shaking and I can barely concentrate on writing. Part of me feels compelled to continue writing about my experiences in watching the screen shake around, but it might be the screen causing my ailments. Regardless, I am going to go and spend time with Jeff, Mike, and Nate. I believe tonight we are watching the Truman Show.
